The CyberPower Ecologic EC850LCD is a compact UPS with standby topology that provides battery backup (utilizing simulated sine wave output) and surge protection for desktop computers, workstations, networking devices, and home entertainment systems. It offers reliable power protection and battery backup during power interruptions. When the battery backup detects that the computer is off or in sleep mode, the computer peripherals connected to the ECO controlled, surge protected outlets will automatically be turned off, reducing power usage and lowering energy costs (USB connection required). The EC850LCD includes a three-year warranty (covering batteries) and a $100,000 Connected Equipment Guarantee. The UPS system has a capacity of 850VA/510W and safeguards workstations, networking devices, and home entertainment equipment with its simulated sine wave output. It features 12 NEMA 5-15R outlets: six battery backup & surge protected outlets and six surge protected outlets (with three ECO controlled outlets). The input includes a NEMA 5-15P right angle, 45-degree offset plug with a five-foot power cord.
